Description
LIGHT AND FLEXIBLE LID
Our food-grade polymer open fermenter has a close-fitting rigid lid that keeps vinegar flies out. The lid is light enough for one person to slide it on and off easily. The lid is also tight enough to allow the very small back pressure required to ‘push’ the undesireable CO2 through the 2″ BSP top outlet on the lid.
WEATHERPROOF
Our completely taint-free open fermenter is weatherproof and UV-stabilised. If wished so, it can be used and stored outside permanently.
CLEAN, MOVE, STORE EASILY
The fermenters are light, easy to move, clean, and allow significant space savings. They nest and de-nest easily for compact storage off-season.
