Flexcube Benefits
Flexcubes have a 10-year plus life span and are a cost-effective and affordable alternative to barrels. Flexcube is designed and made in Australia from food grade material and are sustainably made and fully recyclable.
Flexcubes are suitable for maturation, transport, storage and fermentation.
  Food grade cubes
RMIT University testing of flavour profiling was conducted via head space analysis using a mass spectrometer. It found that the oak staves inserted into the alcohol behaved in exactly the same way as the control sample of new American oak barrels. Additionally, there was no leaching detected (70% alcohol) and testing Flexcubes’ food grade oxygen permeable polymer confirmed compliance with EU and FDA standards.
  For distillers
Distillers can select Flexcubes with high medium or low permeability, together with 100’s of oak recipes and flavour options, you have full control to create the style and taste you want. By using tier one oak inserts and selected botanicals Flexcube better spirits are produced.
  Security & Excise Compliance
Flexcubes are fitted with tamper evident tags on taps and a tamper evident plug on the lid. This makes Flexcube the one of the only vessels available that provides security to its contents in the process of ageing or transport.
